📍 "Good growth in every postcode." Andy Burnham has said it again and again since becoming PM, most recently on his visit to Scotland this week: "When I say we need good growth in every postcode, I mean every postcode across the whole of the UK. Every place and every person matters."
It's a good line. But what does it actually mean where you are?
