AI is a topic we hear about almost every day, but according to new research, UK small businesses appear to be holding back when it comes to real adoption, despite its huge time saving and productivity potential.
A recent TechRadar Pro article (above) explores what it calls an “AI confidence gap” among UK SMEs. As a community dedicated to small businesses, we’d love to hear your take on the AI confidence gap in your own words. It would be great to understand if, and how, you’re using AI, and most importantly, what puts you off adopting it more fully?
