I'm from the team at Nexa Cognition, we set up NEXA AI Lab because we kept seeing the same thing: brilliant small business owners who knew AI was important but had no idea where to start, or had tried a few tools and felt like they were missing something.
But honestly, AI is only part of what we do. A big chunk of our work is helping businesses get their revenue operations (RevOps) in order things like implementing HubSpot, cleaning up sales pipelines, and making sure the right systems are actually talking to each other. Because in our experience, AI on top of a messy process just gives you messy results faster. You need the foundations right first.
So we tend to work with businesses at that crossroads where they want to grow, they're looking at tools like HubSpot and AI, but they need someone to help them connect the dots and make it practical.
I love talking about the real, day-to-day stuff not "which software should I buy" but "my team is stretched, leads are slipping through the cracks, and I don't know what to fix first."
