Has anyone else noticed that everyone looks qualified on paper now?
AI can create polished CVs, applications and interview answers in minutes. That's great in some ways, but it also makes it much harder to understand what a candidate is genuinely capable of.
I'm curious how others are adapting.
Are CVs becoming less important?
What are you doing to assess communication, problem solving and real world thinking during the hiring process?
