I founded Impact People Consulting last summer after working in corporate HR (from tech start ups to Big4Consultancy) for 18 years.

I'm based in Northern Ireland and specialise in supporting small businesses. 

I'm an inclusive workplaces specialist with a people-centric approach.

I've been a member of EN since August last year and have just become an Advisor.
